We are a boutique adventure travel agency run by avid adventurers TJ Brumme (AMGA Certified Rock Guide) and his partner Candice (SPI), together they hold over 20 years of experience in adventure tourism, experiential education, guiding and instructing climbing. The vision for Jebel Adventures naturally evolved out of 6 years running a climbing business in Morocco. Our desire to widen our impact encouraged us to expand our vision to include multi-activity itineraries that connect travelers to the land, people and culture of the Atlas Mountains, allowing our clients to experience the diversity of the landscape and go deeper with locals.

What We Value
Courage – No adventure is charted without a sense of wonder and courage to step into the unknown. Courage begins with heart, and it takes heart to face obstacles with resilience in order to brave new terrain. Our vision for Jebel Adventures grew out of our own experience risking it all for the adventure of a lifetime. We recognize courage comes in many forms – trying new things, showing up fully yourself, or entering unknown territory. We hope to inspire our clients to step out courageously and imagine new possibilities as they explore the Atlas and Anti Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
Growth – The greatest act of courage is choosing challenge and pursuing growth. We value the humility it takes to posture ourselves as lifelong learners, especially as we explore new places, cultures and meet new people. Through each of our carefully curated experiences we hope to encourage, inspire, and equip each person to take a step forward in their skill development, personal lives and careers.
Renewal – Jebel Adventures is rooted in the desire to benefit the communities we work in, leaving these places better than when we came. We want to see the mutual thriving and sustainability of the systems we impact as we enter into rural Moroccan communities. We hope our impact will be long-lasting and create equitable relationships allowing for the long-term thriving and renewal of these beautiful remote places.
We also want to create a business atmosphere that is healthy and sustainable for our family, our employees, and their families – a place where all are welcome as they are, can thrive in their giftings, and be nurtured and challenged to grow.
